Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan runs one league with up to 6 teams for as long as you like, with no card needed. Pro has a 30-day free trial and unlocks unlimited teams, stats, AI roundups and your own web address.
Do captains or players have to pay?
No. One subscription covers the whole league. Captains and players never pay and never see adverts.
I'm not very good with computers. Will I manage?
Yes. A setup wizard walks you through it one step at a time, you can paste your team list straight from WhatsApp or an email, and there's a help assistant on every page that answers in plain English.
How do captains send results?
Each captain gets an email invite and logs in on their phone. They tap the match, enter the scores, 180s and high checkouts, and press Send. You approve it and the table updates instantly.
Can it handle teams that share a pub?
Yes. Tell it how many dartboards each venue has and the fixture maker makes sure two teams sharing one board are never both at home on the same night.
What if a team drops out mid-season?
Tap "Withdraw team". Their results are removed from the table and everything recalculates, just like most league rules say.
Do we need special scoring hardware?
No. It's built for normal pub darts with a chalkboard or scorer. Captains just enter the final scores.
Can we put the table on our own website or Facebook?
Every league gets a public page to share. Pro leagues also get their own address (yourleague.ochemanager.co.uk) and a code to show the live table on any website.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. Download your teams, players, fixtures, results and table as spreadsheets. It's your data.
How do I cancel?
Click Manage billing and cancel in two clicks. No phone calls, no contracts. Your league goes back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
