Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026
These terms cover your use of Oche Manager (ochemanager.co.uk). Oche Manager is a trading name of Alexander James Wells, a sole trader based in the UK (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Oche Manager is
Oche Manager is an online tool for running pub darts leagues: teams, fixtures, results, tables and stats. League secretaries run a league and invite team captains to enter results.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create a secretary account.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate details and keep your email address up to date.
3. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan is free, with the limits shown on our pricing page. Pro is a paid subscription, billed through Stripe and renewing automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account and Pro will continue until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not normally give refunds for part-used periods, but this does not affect your statutory rights. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
4. League data and your responsibilities
You own the league information you put in (names, scores, rules). You give us permission to store and display it so the service works, including on your public league pages. If you add other people’s names, emails or phone numbers, you must have a good reason to hold them (for example, running your league) and must not misuse them. League secretaries decide whether captains can see each other’s contact details.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Oche Manager to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, upload harmful or offensive content, or try to break or overload the service or access other leagues’ data. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
6. AI features
Some features (such as match round-ups and the help assistant) use AI. Output can contain mistakes, so please check it before you share it. Don’t put sensitive personal information into the help assistant.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time. We take regular backups but you should keep your own copy of anything important (you can export your data).
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profits, data or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The service is provided “as is” for running amateur leagues.
9. Ending things
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close accounts that break these terms. On closing, we will delete or anonymise your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
